Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 27 August 2026
Welcome to Decipher Thinking.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Terms & Conditions") govern your use of the Decipher Thinking website and your purchase of products from us.
By accessing or using our website, or by placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read them carefully before using our website or placing an order.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.
1. About Us
This website is operated by:
Business name: Decipher Thinking
Email: decipherthinking@gmail.com
Website: https://decipherthinking.com
In these Terms, "Decipher Thinking", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Decipher Thinking.
"You" and "your" refer to the person accessing our website or purchasing products from us.
2. Using Our Website
You may use our website only for lawful purposes.
You agree not to:
-
Use our website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
-
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, systems or accounts.
-
Interfere with the operation or security of our website.
-
Introduce malicious software, viruses or other harmful material.
-
Copy, reproduce or exploit our website or its content without permission.
-
Use automated systems to access or collect information from our website without our permission.
-
Impersonate another person or business.
-
Use our website in a way that could damage our reputation or the operation of our business.
We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access to our website where reasonably necessary, including where we suspect misuse, fraud or unlawful activity.
3. Products
We sell clothing and other products, including products manufactured or fulfilled using print-on-demand services.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes and other product information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and other factors.
Minor variations in print placement, colour, texture or manufacturing may occur and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where a product is faulty, misdescribed or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
4. Print-on-Demand Products
Some products may be produced only after you place an order.
We may use third-party print-on-demand manufacturers, printers, fulfilment providers and shipping partners to manufacture and fulfil orders on our behalf.
The use of a third-party fulfilment provider does not change your contractual relationship with Decipher Thinking.
Where there is an issue with your order, please contact us rather than contacting the fulfilment provider directly unless we instruct you otherwise.
5. Product Availability
Products displayed on our website are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to:
-
Limit quantities;
-
Discontinue products;
-
Change product designs, specifications or descriptions;
-
Correct errors in product information;
-
Remove products from sale.
If you place an order for a product that subsequently becomes unavailable, we will contact you and, where appropriate, provide a refund for the unavailable product.
6. Prices
All product prices are displayed on our website.
Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
Where applicable, prices will include VAT or other taxes required to be included in the displayed consumer price.
Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
For customers purchasing from the EU, applicable taxes, duties, import charges or other costs will be handled in accordance with the information provided at checkout and the applicable delivery arrangement.
7. Pricing Errors
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product prices are displayed accurately.
If we discover an obvious and genuine pricing error before accepting your order, we may contact you to ask whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.
If we cannot contact you or you do not wish to proceed at the correct price, we may cancel the order and provide an appropriate refund.
We will not rely on this provision to avoid our obligations under applicable consumer law.
8. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected by you.
After placing an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation by email.
An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order; it does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
We may accept or decline an order for legitimate reasons, including:
-
The product is unavailable;
-
We are unable to fulfil the order;
-
There is an obvious pricing or product-description error;
-
We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity;
-
Delivery to the requested destination is unavailable;
-
There has been an error in the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order or affected products.
9. Order Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order.
This includes:
-
Your name;
-
Billing information;
-
Delivery address;
-
Email address;
-
Telephone number where requested;
-
Product selection;
-
Size, colour and other applicable product options.
Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If you provide incorrect information, such as an incorrect delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered processing or production.
10. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the relevant payment method.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
We do not normally have access to your full payment-card details.
If your payment cannot be authorised or is subsequently reversed, we may suspend or cancel the relevant order.
11. Delivery
We will provide estimated delivery information during the ordering process where available.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may take longer because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
-
Postal or courier delays;
-
Customs processing;
-
Severe weather;
-
Strikes or industrial action;
-
Transport disruption;
-
Government restrictions;
-
Technical failures;
-
Unexpected fulfilment delays.
We will nevertheless remain responsible for our legal obligations concerning delivery.
If we fail to deliver within the legally applicable timeframe, you may have rights to cancel the order or obtain another remedy depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
12. International & EU Orders
We may accept orders from customers in the UK, EU and other countries where delivery is available.
International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes or other charges depending on the destination country and delivery arrangement.
Where such charges are the customer's responsibility, they will not normally be included in the product price unless expressly stated.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information required for delivery and customs processing.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable to customers in the UK, EU or elsewhere.
13. Returns & Refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms.
Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy before placing an order.
Our voluntary 30-day return policy and any applicable statutory cancellation rights operate as described in that policy.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Faulty or Incorrect Products
If a product is faulty, damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not conform to the contract, please contact us.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, refund or another legal remedy.
Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for information about how to report an issue.
15. Cancellation Rights
Where applicable law gives you a statutory right to cancel an online purchase, you may exercise that right in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
For many consumer purchases in the UK and EU, the statutory cancellation period is 14 days from receipt of the goods, subject to applicable exceptions.
Our voluntary 30-day returns policy may provide an additional period for eligible returns.
Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for further information.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
