4. Print-on-Demand Products

Some products may be produced only after you place an order.

We may use third-party print-on-demand manufacturers, printers, fulfilment providers and shipping partners to manufacture and fulfil orders on our behalf.

The use of a third-party fulfilment provider does not change your contractual relationship with Decipher Thinking.

Where there is an issue with your order, please contact us rather than contacting the fulfilment provider directly unless we instruct you otherwise.

5. Product Availability

Products displayed on our website are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities;

  • Discontinue products;

  • Change product designs, specifications or descriptions;

  • Correct errors in product information;

  • Remove products from sale.

If you place an order for a product that subsequently becomes unavailable, we will contact you and, where appropriate, provide a refund for the unavailable product.

Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
